VP Design & Fabrication LLC is owned and operated by Vince Pappert, a Drexel University graduate holding a Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering and Mechanics. In addition to classroom knowledge, over the years he has been trained by Tool and Die makers in the fine art of manual machining as well as Class 1 CNC machinists in new high tech machine shops.
The company was born out of the need for a smaller and more affordable multipurpose design and machine shop serving the South Jersey and greater tri-state area. More often than not, people who need one-off parts, prototypes, or small production runs are turned away by large machine shops or are discouraged by the incredibly high prices.
This is where we come into play. Since we are a small operation, overhead costs are at a minimum which in turn allows us to have very competitive pricing. Our shop does not fall into any specialty category as we offer machining, welding, fabrication, and engineering design services. If there is something we can’t do in house, then we know where to get it done at the best price.
